You can also prefer buying readymade rice milk which will cost you between 2 – 3 USD for 4 servings. Enjoy budget-friendly rice milk for breakfast.

Peanut milk is my personal favourite which I prefer often. You can take 1 cup of overnight soaked peanuts which costs between 20 and 50 cents.

Blend peanuts by adding 4 cups of water. Budget-friendly peanut milk is ready for breakfast. I personally prefer adding jaggery for sweetness. You can add dates or jaggery while blending for sweetness.

Take 1 can of chickpeas(15 OZ) which will cost around 1 USD. Drain the chickpeas and blend well by adding 4 cups of water.

Spelt berries are ancient grains which are similar to wheat and very budget-friendly to make a milk of it. Soak 1 cup (around 120 grams) of spelt which costs between 1 and 1.5 USD.
